Muscle Milk

Being on the scrappier side, I've tried to build up my body by consuming more eggs and meat to increase protein intake. This didn't seem to produce any results so I tried a couple different brands of whey protein. My self-assessments aren't exactly scientific so it's hard to measure the effects, but I think it has helped. Having run out of the whey protein, I browsed around and recently purchased Muscle Milk:

The concept was interesting so I decided to give it a shot. Tried it today and taste-wise I like it better than whey protein because it has more flavor. After doing more research, though, I realized I shouldn't be taking it so casually. As with most of these supplements it's described as more effective with workouts. And the workouts haven't really been working out for me so it seems I have another challenge ahead.
