Moving backwards here. The main reason we were sleepy before we headed to Pink's was because we had food coma from lunch. Pauline and Anthony introduced us to Santouka, a ramen place in a food court inside a Mitsuwa (a Japanese grocery store). It was a while ago so I'm not exactly sure what we ordered but I believe this is the salt ramen:



This picture's a little dark but I think it was also the salt ramen with a special kind of meat, which they served on a separate plate. This meat was melt-in-your mouth soft. So good!



I was a little confused because I saw some labels with Santouka and others with Santoka, but in any case it was more good times and good food. Annie ranks this place second behind Ramen Nakamura.
