On Top of Life
This is a tagline I came up with earlier this year. I originally thought of it in describing a couple of my classmates that I thought really had their life together. They seemed to be genuinely passionate about our class topics, dedicated to their overall health, and had a general cheerful attitude.
During my trip to Dubai, I began to expand on this concept to include really enjoying life in addition to the idea of really having things together in life. There were a few moments on the trip that I really felt I was in this state, one being watching the colors change at the Burj Al Arab (which I like to call the sailboat hotel) while sipping a beer at 360 Degrees Bar:

Unfortunately, today was not one of those days. I slept in and woke up to realize I forgot to move my car for street cleaning. Parking tickets are not good for someone 'working on a couple projects'. NOT on top of life.
I've flirted with the idea of launching an apparel company. If I ever do, this tagline will be the philosophy behind it - clothes and accessories of quality, comfort, and design that best enable someone to feel 'on top of life'. Plus whether you feel that way or not, it serves as a good reminder of what to strive for rather than being caught up in the routine of the day-to-day.
