Caught an episode of Man V Food the other day when Adam was visiting Minneapolis to try the Jucy Lucy at Matt's Bar, or as it's known at the rival 5-8 club, the grammatically correct Juicy Lucy. Adam tried both and then went on to make a non-decision about which one was better but who cares?! Let's talk about the burger!

The Ju(i)cy(?) Lucy is a burger where the cheese is enfolded by 2 patties instead of placing the cheese on top.



Hard to tell here but the cheese comes oozing out the middle after biting into it. All I really wanted to say here is that we definitely need to try this at our next barbecue.
